  • Shipping & Delivery

    We sell and ship all over the world. All orders are processed within 1 business day unless otherwise noted. Orders are shipped at 9AM EST M-F. If any order is placed after 9AM it will be shipped the next business day.

  • Privacy & Security

    We keep your information safe and secure during the ordering process and afterward. We will never provide or sell your information to any 3rd party other than information required to fulfill your order. We use secure payment processors like PayPal and never have access to your financial information.

  • Returns & Replacements

    All purchases from our store come with a 14 day return period. Your return must meet the following requirements in order to be approved:

    • Request for return must be made within 14 days from date of delivery.
    • Item(s) must be in the same condition as delivered. Used, damaged, or broken items are not eligible for a return.
    • Item(s) must be sent back within 15 days of return authorization.

    Defective items will be replaced at no additional cost. In order for an item to qualify as defective, there must be a visible manufacturing defect that affects it's fundamental functions. An Item not performing up to a customer's expectations does not qualify as defective.

    Item's found to be damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery.

    It is the Customer's responsibility to properly pack, pay for and ship the item(s) back to us.

    A 15% restocking fee and the costs of original shipping will be deducted from all refunds.

  • Ordering

    You can either order directly from our website or over the phone. We make ordering quick and easy. If you have any questions during the ordering process always feel free to contact us and we'd be happy to assist you.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    We accept all major credit cards in addition to PayPal. If you'd like to send us an alternative payment like check, money order, or bank transfer please contact us prior to ordering. If you have any coupon or special discount code, be sure to enter it in during checkout. We cannot apply a coupon after an order has been placed.

  • Viewing Orders

    If you'd like to view or check the status of an order, simply sign into your account. If you checked out as a guest and do not have an account you can still look up your order by clicking on the Orders and Returns link on the bottom of our website. Should you have difficulty locating an order please feel free to contact us.

  • Updating Account Information

    In order to update or change your billing or shipping information you will first need to log into your account.
